REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At Break Nitro Cold Brew Coffee store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and refunds in accordance with European consumer laws.

1. Returns Eligibility

– You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
– The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
– Some items, such as perishable goods or personalised products, are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

– Contact us at soporte@tumomentobreak.com with your order number and reason for return.
– We will provide a return authorisation and instructions upon receipt.
– The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

– Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund.
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
