What are BREAK cans made of? Are they recyclable?
Yes — our cans are made of 100% recyclable aluminum. Just toss them into the yellow recycling bin. We chose this format because it preserves coffee better than plastic and has a smaller environmental footprint than glass.

How much caffeine is in a can? Is it safe for everyone?
Each can contains 150 mg of caffeine (60 mg per 100 ml), more than a standard espresso. The WHO recommends no more than 400 mg per day — so one or two BREAKs a day is fine. It’s clean energy, without sugar crashes or spikes.

Our 100% Arabica coffee comes from small farms in Campo das Vertentes, Brazil. It’s not certified organic, but we prioritize responsible sourcing and fair trade principles, respecting both farmers and the environment. It’s a coffee with clear, traceable, and ethical origin.
